A Little About US!

Growing up in Wisconsin, I have been an avid outdoors-woman since the day I could walk. I spend my spare time playing on the water, working in my woodshop, trap shooting, and fostering kittens from time to time. I have always been fascinated by nature, the human body and how things work, which helped me find my way into holistic recovery and preventative care.
As a Master Bodyworker and Board Certified LMT, I have had extensive training in many modalities and know the human body well. My favorite modalities include: Cranial Sacral Therapy (CST), Ortho-Bionomy, Cupping, and Aromatherapy. I find "singing sweet lullabies" to your musculoskeletal system can be just as effective, if not more effective, to your healing journey than beating those muscles into submission. If you're looking for a soft, yet powerful approach to body/mind healing, give CST & Ortho-Bionomy a try!
Over the past 14 years, I have traveled all over the country working on athletes, anxious & stressed out workers, chronic pain patients, & tourists. Now that I have rooted myself here in Whitefish Montana, I have opened my own practice providing massage therapy focused on whole body wellness and patient education. As a continuing education instructor, it's important to me to educate each patient about what's going on with their bodies and how MT can positively impact them. I always make time for your questions.
I look forward to helping you expand your knowledge & improve your wellness.

Liscensed Massage Therapist
A summer job in Glacier National Park lured Lia to Northwest Montana in 2010. After years of seasonal work and experience, Lia felt confident it was time to pursue her career in massage therapy. So after taking Anatomy & Physiology at FVCC, and Reiki Levels I & II in Missoula, she went on to obtain her license in Massage Therapy at the Montana Massage Training Institute in Kalispell. Most recently, in 2022, she continued her education with workshops on intricate neck techniques, pelvic techniques, as well as one on contemporary cupping methods. Lia's enthusiasm for massage therapy is evident in her work. She uses various techniques from her trainings in order to provide her clients with quality treatment. She also only uses reputable, organic oils to nourish your skin during your massage.
Lia believes everyone can benefit from massage! Whether you have a new or chronic pain, taking even just an hour to slow down and listen to your body during a massage session can have a lingering positive impact.
Book with Lia on Wednesdays, Thursdays, & Saturdays.
