A Little About US!
Kaia Van Natta
Owner of Whitefish Wellness
Licensed Massage Therapist
Board Certified in Therapeutic Massage & Bodywork
Certified Continuing Education Provider
Growing up in Wausau, WI, I have been an avid outdoors-woman since the day I could walk. I spend my spare time shredding the ski slopes, playing on the water, and working in my woodshop. I have always been fascinated by nature, the human body and how things work, which helped me find my way into holistic recovery and preventative care.
I attended Denver School of Massage Therapy for my Professional Massage Program and then went on to accomplish my Masters at Utah College of Massage Therapy in 2009. As a Master Bodyworker and Board Certified LMT, I have had extensive training in many modalities and know the human body well. My favorite modalities include: Cranial Sacral Therapy (CST), Ortho-Bionomy, Cupping, and Aromatherapy. I find "singing sweet lullabies" to your musculoskeletal system can be just as effective, if not more effective, to your healing journey than beating those muscles into submission. If you're looking for a soft, yet powerful approach to body/mind healing, give CST & Ortho-Bionomy a try!
I have traveled & worked all over the country working on athletes, anxious & stressed out workers, chronic pain patients, & tourists. Now that I have put down some roots here in Whitefish, Montana, I have opened my own practice providing massage therapy focused on whole body wellness. I am also a Certified Continuing Education Instructor for LMTs and an Aromatherapy Specialist.
I look forward to helping you expand your knowledge & improve your wellness.

Kirby spent her youth exploring the woods outdoors and playing sports throughout the changing seasons. Originally from the Chesapeake Bay watershed, Kirby graduated from the University of Maryland with a B.S. in Kinesiology in 2012. Kirby most recently graduated from Flathead Valley Community College to become a Physical Therapist Assistant in 2020. The combination of experiences have offered a unique perspective on her values behind health and wellness.
